Transitions: Secondary School to College and Beyond
Program Manager - Nancy AdelmanFrom middle school through young adulthood, individuals encounter challenges and need supports to transition successfully from one step to the next. The Center for Education Policy has a commitment to identify, study, and promote strategies that enhance the readiness of traditionally underserved youth and young adult populations for college, career and technical education, and lifelong learning.
Many Transitions projects focus on interventions designed to promote smoother transitions and on assessing evidence that the interventions are successful. Project activities include research, evaluation, technical assistance, and dissemination.
