Jennifer Bland

Research Analyst

Jennifer Bland is involved in three projects: Teaching and California's Future, the Evaluation Study of California's District Intervention and Regional Capacity Building Project, and the Evaluation of the Teacher Incentive Fund. Ms. Bland performs a variety of tasks for these projects, including analysis of policy trends and collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. Previously, she was involved in similar roles with the Case Studies of Participation and Performance in the IB Diploma Programme and with a study on District Capacity and the Use of New State Funds for Arts Education in California, which is part of the An Unfinished Canvas suite of reports.

Ms. Bland earned a B.A. with distinction in political science from Stanford University.
