C.J. Park

C.J. Park is involved in a number of projects including the National Evaluation of Writing Professional Development, the Evaluation of the California Multiple Pathways Initiative, the Evaluation of Ready Schools Florida Initiative, and the Texas High School Project. Her work on these projects involves a variety of quantitative and qualitative collection and analysis.

Before joining SRI, Ms. Park worked at the Center for Research on Children in the U.S. (CROCUS), where she supported an evaluation of universal preschool in Oklahoma and conducted other research related to children as a graduate student research fellow. Prior to graduate school, she was a research assistant at Education Law Center, a nonprofit advocacy organization, where she collected and analyzed data related to urban school districts involved in school finance litigation. She also spent one year helping establish a new 21st Century Community Learning Center-funded after-school program in Paterson, New Jersey.

Immediately before joining SRI, Ms. Park worked at the Urban Institute on a short-term project evaluating promising educational practices for the U.S. Department of Education. She holds a master's degree in public policy from Georgetown University and an undergraduate degree in economics and sociology from Rutgers College.
