Evaluation Technical Assistance Coach

Kristen Rouspil, M.P.H., currently works as project manager for the FIRST 5 Santa Clara evaluation services project, which is assessing the impact of the county’s comprehensive early childhood system of care for children birth through age 5 and their families. Additionally, she is site coordinator for the National Effectiveness Study of First Step to Success. In that capacity, she is responsible for supervising the intervention and data collection activities in the 10 participating schools in San Jose, California. She is also project manager for the Santa Clara County Regional Partnership Grant for Children Affected by Methamphetamine or Other Substance Abuse, which is assessing the project’s effectiveness in expanding and enhancing services for pregnant women and parents with children birth through age 3 who are at risk of losing custody of their children because of an addiction to methamphetamines or other drugs and documented abuse or neglect.

Ms. Rouspil holds a master of public health degree with an emphasis in health education from San Jose State University.
