Kate Ferguson

Research Analyst

Kate Ferguson has been in the Center for Education and Human Services since joining SRI in 2004. She has provided technical assistance in evaluation procedures for SRI’s Statewide Data Collection and Evaluation of First 5 California Funded Programs to First 5 local programs and schools. Ms. Ferguson also supports the work of evaluation technical assistance coaches in providing timely and responsive technical assistance to other First 5 stakeholders. Other work on the First 5 evaluation has included coordinating data collection efforts across participating schools in ten counties for the First 5 Kindergarten Entry Profiles study. Ms. Ferguson also is involved in data processing activities for the National Longitudinal Transition Study-2 (NLTS2).

Ms. Ferguson holds a B.S. degree in psychology with an emphasis in mathematics from the University of California, Davis.
