Cyndi Williamson

Principal Scientific Programmer/Analyst

Cyndi Williamson provides a full range of data support services in the Center for Education and Human Services. She brings 20 years of programming experience to performing or supervising database management, data cleaning, statistical analysis, and reporting tasks. She programs using SAS primarily; she is also familiar with Stata, SUDAAN, Oracle SQL, and Visual Basic for Applications with Microsoft Office.

Ms. Williamson has extensive experience in managing large amounts of data from diverse sources, preparing and analyzing survey data, and summarizing and preparing data for presentation to a variety of audiences. She has worked extensively with both cross-sectional and longitudinal data and performed a wide variety of univariate and multivariate statistical analyses, including analyses of variance and covariance (ANOVA and ANCOVA), multiple linear and nonlinear regression, and standard errors and tests of statistical significance for estimates that account for complex sample designs.

Ms. Williamson received her B.S. in statistics from CSU Hayward. She has attended courses at SAS Institute and made presentations at the Western Users of SAS Software regional conference.
