Cornelia Taylor

Early Childhood Researcher

Cornelia Taylor, Ph.D., focuses on methods related to the assessment of young children with disabilities including item response theory, classical test theory, growth modeling, differential item functioning and standardization. In addition to methods research, Dr. Taylor Bruckner has experience developing and implementing large data systems for measuring outcomes in young children with special needs.

Dr. Taylor Bruckner received her Ph.D. in early childhood special education from Vanderbilt University; her major area was quantitative psychology.
